Prenatal Consultation
Initial In-Home Consult
This is a private, one-on-one consult equips you with breastfeeding basics and how making milk works. We discuss your personal history and also how to navigate potential concerns during the first few days . This consult is geared specifically towards you and how we can get breastfeeding off to the right start.
This comprehensive initial first visit takes place in the comforts of your own home. I will do a health history, assessment of you and baby, infant weight checks and weighted feedings, as well as any additional education and support necessary. During this visit we will develop a feeding plan to meet your goals.
Follow Up Consultations
Continued education and support as needed after an initial consultation. Weight checks and feeding assessments obtained, monitoring milk supply, adjusting or revising plan as needed. This is also a great time to review pumping and teach infant stretches, tummy time, and body work.
Telemedicine Appointment
Life can be hectic and sometimes Telehealth visits are just easier. We still will make the most out of these appointments, so when things come up and telehealth is our best option you can still receive an educational appointment with assessment, evaluation, and a care plan.
Insurance & Billing
I am an in-network provider with Independence Blue Cross and related Blue Cross, Blue Shield plans, which include Personal Choice and Keystone Health Plan East.

I am in-network with Aetna and accept most plans, including Meritain.

I am in network with United Healthcare.​
​
I am contracted with Wildflower Health which accepts Cigna.​​
It is recommended to verify your own lactation coverage benefits with your insurance provider, as deductibles may apply. If you took prenatal classes through your breast pump supplier, be advised that they may have used some of your lactation benefits. ​ If your plan is out-of-network, this will be considered self pay, and I will provide you with a Superbill to submit for possible reimbursement from your insurance company.

Self pay and pay-per-visit options are always an option:
Prenatal consults are $125
An initial in-home consultation is $225 and follow up is $175.
Telehealth consults are $125 for an initial and $75 for follow up.
​
For any visit that takes place outside of a 20 mile radius to Collegeville, a $30 travel fee will be applied.
